“Hello, Im a little late writing this review. I had my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan serviced here in late April of 2019. Front brake and Rotor job to be specific. Job was performed perfectly and finished pretty fast. The total cost was fair I would say at $380. Also came with 24 months of free Roadside Assistance and a warranty. In July I came back and had the back brakes and rotors done along with an oil change and Air Conditioning Rear cap and recharge job. Total $809 (which I felt was fair). AC blows cold so me and my kids did not have to sweat over the summer. The Dodge dealership quoted around $2000 to fix the AC. I brought my wives 2011 Lincoln MKX in for her front brakes and rotors to be repaired. Along with an oil change and a tire that needed plugging. All work was done well as with the dodge. Cost was $633. The guys here were very professional and respectful. I would recommend this Tuffy location (Farmington Hills / Halsted Road) to anyone that needs work done. ”

“I had to take the time to thank them for service that was more than I expected. I took my grandson there to have a rim and tire repaired. Over the phone he was given a quote. When we arrived it took less than ten minutes for them to complete the job. Then to my surprise they said the job was too simple to even charge him. They then looked at my tires, checked them and put air in the one that were low. No charge.. Thank you for being so kind, fast and just plain nice. I will recommend them to anyone who needs any type of automobile work done.”

“I highly recommend Tuffy on Halstead because of the friendly professionals that serviced my car. I had my car towed there on Thursday, 9-13, at 4:10pm and they immediately tried to figure out a way that I could get it started and drive away that night. When it was determined that I needed major work to accomplish that,the store mgr, asked me if I had a way to get home and asked where I lived in Troy. He offered to drive me near my home so my wife could meet me and not have to drive 45 minutes to come get me. Friday morning I received a phone call at 9am informing me that the diagnostics determined that my 1994 Honda needed a new distributor. He had it repaired and running before noon. I asked him to ck out the rest of the car and he found that I needed more work done. All was finished by 4pm, the time promised. THANK-YOU Michael H (Hide)”

“My car was overheating. I called Walter at Tuffy of Farmington. It was late on Friday when I finally rolled in to the Tuffy on Halstead and Grand River. Walter took my minivan in right away and had the problem diagnosed in minutes. Walter's wife Kathleen drove me home. They called the quote to my cell phone which I OK'd and they fixed my van the next morning. The work was professional at a fair price.
